Dining at The Eagle is whatever you want it to be; from a relaxing meal in the bar area next to the roaring fire to dinner in the Brasserie with friends, the same menu and friendly service is offered throughout.
Wherever you choose to eat in The Eagle, you will be able to enjoy our renowned 35-day dry aged steaks along with our award winning Berkins Sausages, hand-made in the on-site Berkins Deli.
The brasserie offers great food in an informal dining atmosphere, with its open kitchen, state-of-the-art, hand built Molteni range and custom built chilling cabinets, where you can view our dry-aged beef and local seasonal game maturing.
All given that al fresco touch, as the Lancashire summer weather allows, when we open the expansive brasserie doors to the outdoor terrace for a fabulously different dining experience.
For that special family celebration, or simply a meal with friends, the brasserie has a discreet private dining area which can accommodate up to 14 guests; the perfect surroundings to celebrate in style.
